Initial Consultation - Free of Charge*
The initial consultation is of approximately one hour in duration, and it gives the opportunity to
gather details from you, and for us to explain what to expect. It is usually undergone with an
expectation of moving on to therapy, unless something major crops up that would prevent it,
which would be highly unusual. There is no hypnosis in this session, so it should not be
treated as a 'bargain' or a 'taster' because it is not. The session carries great therapeutic
significance to future therapy, but none in it's own right.
*With the exception of smoking therapy, which is a 'one off' session, see below.
Standard one hour session - £40
Stop Smoking 2 hour, intensive - £80
Weight Loss Course (6 sessions) - £200
Clients can consult 'normally' for weight loss, paying for the sessions as they go, but
this method gives the client the opportunity of saving a little money at the outset, or it could be
that the weight loss is just a bit of fine tuning to get you into that holiday bikini, and 6 weeks
could be personally tailored to you, targeting the desired loss, within that time frame.
Relaxation Course (3 sessions) - £100
Relaxation Course (6 sessions) - £200
For this you really don't have to be unwell to come along! And recognising that prevention is
better than cure, we offer these stress busting packages as a gold standard in relaxation. A
single session can be bought at the usual price of £40, or discounts can be achieved using
the above packages. Unlike traditional therapeutic sessions, the sessions don't have to follow
week by week, and can instead be taken at your convenience, and at short notice, if an
appointment is available.
The single session will give you a good 'unwinding'; the 3 session course will give you more
of the same, improving each time, as well as an initiation into trance work, which you may
want to follow up with further sessions, or maybe learning the techniques of self hypnosis; the
6 session course will leave you with the skills to invoke the sensations of trance
independently of a hypnotist, which is a skill you can take with you, developing and improving
throughout your life.
Group Sessions - by arrangement
From a couple of pals who've given up smoking, or gone on a diet, who need their resolve
topping up, to sales team motivational sessions. Relaxation lessons and guided
visualisations, for groups of nearly any size, from any walk of life.
Day Rates - £150 to 250 (dep on distance, No of hours, etc)
I can come to your workplace/venue and work with groups or individuals, according to your
needs. Motivational work with sales forces, sports teams, etc., relaxation for therapy groups,
stress busting for executives, you name it!
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are available for single relaxation sessions, or for either of the relaxation
courses shown above, at the price shown. Vouchers can be provided with Birthday or
Christmas Cards (there is only one design of each), please specify when ordering.
